Discover Training Inc is in business to help trainers succeed. We do this by providing education on the PICTS Training System, including books, e-course, and training workshops.
The fundamentals of the PICTS System are sound, based on a systematic approach to training which is used worldwide by professional training. The PICTS System is designed to accomplish two things: provide a simple structure to the design process and offer a selection of engaging training methods that work.
We know everyone is busy. So our systems are simple and quick. We offer e-books which respect your time by being SHORT!! (Have you noticed how many books are over 300 pages and take weeks to read? We know you are too busy for that.)
