Training Design Basics

There is only one thing you need to be successful at training: well-designed training plans which engage the trainees.

And the PICTS Training System is a simple, structured approach to help you design a dynamite training plan. Developed by Shari Bowden, who has more than 10 years of training experience, the purpose of the PICTS Training System is to simplify the training design process and help the trainer incorporate fun interactive training methods.

Because there is a system, trainers can handle the multi-tasking nature of the job. You'll be able to juggle several classes, prepare quickly, and prove your training makes a difference. The system simplifies the process and helps you select training methods that are both easy-to-prepare and effective.

Discover Training Inc. is in the process of revising this book. Check back in Spring 2008 for more info.
